The history of the company began in 1972 under the name Chisinau Poultry Factory (CPF).

In 2000, the factory was privatized and reorganized as Floreni SA (JSC).

At the end of 2010, the company changed its majority shareholder, which served as an impetus to putting into operation new facilities for growing broiler chickens, to expanding and modernizing the slaughterhouse. As a result thereof, the quality of products under the Floreni trademark has improved. Since that time, the company has turned its focus toward the sale of products, mostly chilled ones, through its branded retail chain in Chisinau and throughout the Republic of Moldova.

The company owns several large poultry breeding facilities in the villages of Floreni, Țînțăreni, Salcia, Hîrbovăț, Cimișeni. The total area of effectively used production facilities is more than 200,000 m². The company grows up to 20 million broiler chickens per year, which allows it to produce more than 100 tons of finished products per day.

On 1 August 2018, the factory was reorganized as Floreni SRL (LTD).

The company is gradually introducing a quality management system in accordance with ISO. Recently, the incubator has been certified. The company does not stop at what has been achieved, and with each passing day, it improves, expands its facilities, implements the most advanced technologies and develops new business streams.
